Lisa is the Service Manager for Next Steps Support Services. She is qualified to degree level having obtained a 2:1 in Applied Psychology. Lisa has achieved additional qualifications including her CIPD Level 5 in Management and Leadership and a Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace qualification. Lisa is an experienced manager and in addition, has experience in working with children and young people who display emotional and behavioural difficulties, were at high risk of self-harm, at risk of child sexual exploitation, as well as children and young people on the autistic spectrum and various other complex needs. Lisa has worked in residential settings including secure provision.
