At Next Steps Support Services, we know the importance an effective support worker can make to a child’s life and in ensuring that the child achieves their goals. All staff members have equal access to supervisions, training opportunities, support, and promotional opportunities. We work with each team member to create their own Development Plan outlining any targets and outcomes, training required and further development opportunities.
